
Jakarta – The Ministry of Law has once again been recognized as an Informative Public Body, marking its fourth consecutive year receiving the distinction.
Head of Bureau for Legal Affairs, Public Communication, and Cooperation at the Ministry of Law, Ronald Lumbuun, expressed gratitude for the achievement and thanked all Ministry personnel involved in the assessment conducted by the Central Information Commission (KIP).
He said the recognition reflects the collective efforts of the Ministry in ensuring transparency and access to public information. The achievement was announced during the Public Information Disclosure Awards ceremony in Jakarta on Monday (December 15, 2025).
Ronald added that the results of this year’s assessment would serve as an important benchmark for further improving information services to the public.
Meanwhile, KIP Chairperson Donny Yoegiantoro noted that public institutions will face increasing challenges in providing information services in the future. He emphasized the need for strong leadership commitment to uphold transparency and suggested the establishment of dedicated PPID structures within public bodies to strengthen information management.
