Jakarta — Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas revealed that the Ministry of Law’s key strategy for achieving the highest number of Integrity Zone units toward a Corruption-Free and Service-Oriented Bureaucracy (WBBM) in 2025 is the digitalization of public services.

He said that in 2026 all 450 public services provided by the ministry will be accessible digitally, along with 11 internal services.

“This year, all 450 public services of the Ministry of Law will be accessible digitally. The ministry’s 11 internal services will also be fully digital,” Supratman said after receiving an award from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) in Jakarta on Wednesday (Feb 11, 2026).

The ministry is also exploring the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in public services, although some services will still require human involvement.

According to Supratman, digitalization benefits not only the public but also allows national leaders to monitor institutional performance, from ministers to the smallest units.

“Bureaucracy without digitalization is extremely difficult. The system we are building will allow the President, ministers, and even the smallest units to monitor workload and performance through a single integrated system,” he said.

In addition to digitalization, Supratman noted that the ministry’s bureaucratic reform is supported by talent management, which places civil servants based on competence and performance without favoritism.

“Those who demonstrate achievement, creativity, and innovation will be rewarded,” he said.

Supratman added that the award would motivate the ministry to continue strengthening bureaucratic reform.

Meanwhile, Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Rini Widyantini emphasized that bureaucratic reform is one of President Prabowo Subianto’s key priorities. She outlined eight reform pillars: responsive bureaucracy, faster policy implementation, stronger inter-agency coordination, effective budget allocation, anti-corruption measures, professional civil service management, technology-based services, and more efficient public services.
